1. Go to: www.clay.webtaxpay.com

2. Click "Make A Payment"

3. Select the State, County and Payment Type (e.g. North Carolina, Clay, Real Property Tax)

4. Enter the search criteria for the individual whose tax records you would like to view and click "Search"
